Azad Ayud, a forward-thinking estate agency, entrusted me with a full rebrand to better reflect their growth and ambition in a competitive market. The goal was to create a cohesive, professional identity that would work seamlessly across both print and physical environments, from client-facing stationery to high-impact outdoor signage.
The visual refresh began with a new company logo, balancing modern aesthetics with trustworthiness — a vital quality for any estate agent. This was followed by a full suite of business stationery: business cards, compliment slips, branded envelopes, and letterheads — designed with consistency and clarity at the core.
To support Azad Ayud’s client engagement and marketing in Finsbury Park, Haringey, London, I created a sleek, easy-to-navigate property catalogue designed to showcase listings with clarity and impact. Complementing this, a bespoke presentation folder and an introductory leaflet brought together their services in a professional format that elevates every client interaction. These materials strengthen their presence in the London property sector, providing effective tools for real estate marketing and client communication.
Azad Ayud reached out ahead of an executive event, seeking a bold roller banner to make a lasting impression. With his deep ties to the local community, he also extended the brand’s reach by sponsoring local sports initiatives. This opened the door to new visibility opportunities—from eye-catching outdoor banners to a striking stadium display that captured attention from every angle. What began as a single event piece evolved into a dynamic brand presence—one that now stands confidently across both business and community spaces.
Alternate Direction
“This work was created in collaboration with a fellow Media Production Company, brought in to support the visual development of the brand during a busy period.
Although the company later evolved its brand direction, this earlier concept aimed to reflect a more contemporary and dynamic presence in the property market.”
