Client: Any individual or business entity engaging KR Graphic Design for design services.
KR Graphic Design: Refers to the freelance designer, Katty Rodrigues, located at 33 Cunningham Way, Leavesden, Watford, WD25 7NG, Hertfordshire, England.
Project: The specific design work commissioned by the Client, as detailed in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
Deliverables: The final design files or other materials produced by KR Graphic Design as part of the Project.
Content: Any text, images, or other materials provided by the Client for use in the Project.
KR Graphic Design will provide design services as outlined in the individual Project proposal or contract. This may include, but is not limited to:
Banners
Stationery
UX Design
App & Web Design development
Any changes to the scope of the Project after the initial agreement will be subject to a revised proposal and adjusted fees.
Fees: Detailed in the individual proposal or contract.
Payment Terms: 20% upon invoice issuance (non-refundable, payable within 7 days), 30% after design approval, and 50% before final delivery.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer to KR Graphic Design account.
Late Payments: May incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
VAT: All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Urgent Jobs: Additional charges may apply for urgent or emergency projects.
The Client is responsible for:
Providing clear and concise project briefs and feedback.
Supplying all necessary Content in a timely and usable format.
Approving designs promptly at agreed-upon stages.
Paying all invoices according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
KR Graphic Design retains ownership of all original design concepts and draft materials.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the final Deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose.
KR Graphic Design reserves the right to showcase the completed Project in their portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the Project.
Two rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of £45.
The estimated project timeline will be outlined in the individual proposal or contract.
If the project is not completed within 3 months due to delays on the Client's part, the project may be closed, and funds retained.
If the Client cancels the Project after signing the contract, the Client will be responsible for paying 10% of the project fee.
KR Graphic Design reserves the right to cancel the Project if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.
KR Graphic Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Deliverables. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Project.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the individual Project proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and KR Graphic Design for the provision of design services.
